Privacy Policy
Effective October 31, 2026. Fleetdash, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ("FleetDash," "we"), operates FleetDash, trucking management software for carriers.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email, password, company name, DOT number, and public carrier information tied to that DOT number.
- Billing information: payment card details, collected at signup and handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Freight data: rate confirmations and other documents, loads, invoices, messages, and photos added by the customer or its drivers, including contact details of brokers, shippers, and receivers.
- Driver information: name, email or phone number, employment type, and stop updates the driver marks in the app. We do not continuously track location.
- Service logs: sign-in, email, and processing logs used to operate and troubleshoot the service.
How we use it
To provide and operate the service, process documents into loads, send messages and invoices the customer requests, send drivers load-related texts and notifications (no marketing texts), bill the subscription, and protect the service from abuse.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help run the service:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, DNS, inbound email
- Amazon Web Services (SES): outgoing email
- OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and OpenCode: reading uploaded documents
- Backblaze: document storage
- Twilio: text messages
- Google Firebase: driver app notifications
- Our payment processor: card payments
Data is stored in the United States.
Retention
We keep account and load records while the account is open and for 12 months after it closes, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them. To request a copy of your records or ask about deletion, email support@fleetdash.app.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure.
Drivers
Drivers use FleetDash through the carrier that added them. The carrier is responsible for informing its drivers about the data FleetDash holds for them.
Children
FleetDash is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date. For material changes, we will also email account owners.
