Terms of Service
Effective October 31, 2026. These terms are between Fleetdash, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ("FleetDash," "we"), and the business that opens an account (the "customer").
The service
FleetDash is trucking management software for carriers. It is not an ELD, load board, accounting, or factoring service, and it does not file anything with FMCSA for you. You must be 18 or older to use it.
The customer is responsible for its users (office staff and drivers) and for what they do in the account.
Free period, pricing, and cancellation
- A payment card is required at signup. It is not charged during the 14-day free period.
- After the free period, the subscription is $18 per dispatched driver per month, billed month to month to the card on file.
- A dispatched driver is a driver who was dispatched on at least one load during the billing month.
- Cancel before the free period ends and you are not charged. After that, cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. Months already started are not refunded.
Customer responsibilities
Loads created from documents (such as rate confirmations) may contain errors. The customer is responsible for reviewing load details, invoices, and charges before relying on or sending them.
The customer keeps its login credentials secure. We may suspend an account used to break the law, attack the service, or send unwanted messages.
Customer data
The customer owns the data it puts into FleetDash. The customer confirms it has the right to provide that data, including contact details of drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers. We use it only to provide, secure, and bill for the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it. The customer may request a copy of its records at support@fleetdash.app.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fleetdash, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost loads, missed appointments, unpaid invoices, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the customer paid in the one month before the claim (zero if nothing was paid). Some states do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.
Indemnity
The customer will defend and indemnify Fleetdash, LLC against claims arising from the customer's data, its use of the service, or its lack of rights to data it provided.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Nebraska law. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will give notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; if you do not accept, you may cancel.
